Can I return my order?
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. We will offer a refund if the jewellery is found to have a manufacturing fault. If you believe this to be the case, please contact us so we can rectify the situation. Should we conclude the goods as faulty, we will happily provide you with a refund. What is your returns policy?
At Jacque Cyrille Jewellery, we stand by the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange the piece for something more suitable. However, the jewellery must be in new condition with no signs of wear. You must also contact us within two weeks of the purchase date.
Alternatively, you can return the goods within two weeks, and we will issue you with a credit. You can use this credit towards the purchase of any jewellery item(s) from the Jacque Cyrille collection.
What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?
Goods are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they leave in perfect condition. Your goods are then carefully packaged, so they arrive in this same condition. If your goods arrive damaged or in a less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately by email to info@jcjewellery.com.au
